Shipping policy

SHIPPING

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on every order, with no minimum. There is no shipping charge
at checkout and no hidden handling fee.

PROCESSING
Orders placed before 6pm CET ship within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend ship on
the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
6 to 12 business days after dispatch for most destinations. A tracking link reaches you
by email as soon as the carrier scans the label. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to start
updating after dispatch; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

HALLOWEEN DEADLINE
October 17 is the last date on which we promise delivery by October 31. After that date
we will say so plainly on the site rather than quietly take the order and hope. Orders
placed later still ship and are still covered by our 30-day refund policy, but they may
arrive in November.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Prices are shown in USD. For most destinations no import charges apply at this order
value. Where a country does levy import duty or a handling fee, it is set by that
country and is the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@centipurr.shop
within 24 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the
address cannot be changed.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your
building first, then write to us. If the parcel has not appeared within 5 days we send
a replacement. If a parcel is still moving 30 days after dispatch, ask for a refund and
keep it if it later shows up.
