TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE
Centipurr operates the website centipurr.shop and sells the Centipurr pet centipede
costume and related products. In this document "we", "us" and "our" mean Centipurr;
"you" means anyone using the site. Full company details are in our Legal notice.

2. USING THIS SITE
You may browse and buy for your own personal use. You may not copy our text, photographs
or page design for another shop, resell our products as your own, or use the site to do
anything unlawful. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

3. THE PRODUCT AND HOW WE DESCRIBE IT
We describe the costume as accurately as we can, including where it does not fit. It is
sold in one size, fitting a back length of 11 to 17 inches (28 to 43 cm), measured from
the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Outside that range it rides up or drags,
and the effect is lost. We would rather tell you than sell you the wrong thing.

Screen colours vary between devices. Small variations in stitching and in the exact
length of the trailing body are normal for a hand-finished plush item and are not
defects.

4. SAFE USE
The Centipurr is a costume, not a harness and not a restraint. It is not a safety
device and must never be used to lift, carry, tether or secure an animal. Take it off
when your pet is unsupervised, and take it off immediately if your pet shows real
distress rather than the ordinary first-wear hesitation. Not a toy; keep away from
children who might chew it. You are responsible for supervising your own animal.

5. ORDERS AND PRICES
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Prices are in USD and include no hidden fees; shipping is free. We may correct obvious
pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if we do. We may refuse or cancel an
order where we suspect fraud, resale, or an address we cannot ship to, and you will be
refunded in full.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can cancel free of charge until the order is handed to the carrier, usually within
24 hours. After that our Refund policy applies: 30 days from delivery, full refund of
the product price, and nothing to post back. Full detail is on the Return and refund
policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. DELIVERY
Free worldwide shipping, 6 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are
estimates and not guarantees; carriers and customs are outside our control. Risk passes
to you on delivery. October 17 is the last date we promise arrival by October 31.

8. OUR LIABILITY
We are liable for what the law requires us to be liable for, including death or personal
injury caused by our negligence and any liability that cannot be excluded under
applicable consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with a
product or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not
liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. PRIVACY
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy policy.

10. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published at the moment you place an order is the
one that applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer resident in another
country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live
in. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, or of the
place where you live.

12. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in
dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
